The My Wellbeing Plan resource has been created specifically for inspiring humans like yourself - people who're looking to better understand themselves, improve their ability to do the things that are important in their life and improve their connection to others.
The key is building our awareness of our “wellbeing continuum”: what do we feel when we’re not feeling so great and what do we feel when we’re thriving. Having this awareness enables us to know where we are at in a given moment in time and to know what different strategies, actions and people help improve our wellbeing.
