We’re going all-in for the first few months of 2025 to helping as many people and teams to make their goals a reality. To do this we want to take money out of the equation - you pay what you are able to.
Hi! I’m Jen.
I specialise in helping people and teams live and work in more purposeful, impactful and intentional ways without burning out. In essence - helping people awaken to their dreams, to live with more intentionality/in more energetically sustainable ways and to make the most of their precious time here. It also helps that I LOVE doing this AND I’m recognised as being really good at this. I’m privileged to have won an award in 2022 as a professionally trained life and leadership coach, mental and emotional wellbeing specialist and leadership development facilitator.
I’m guided by the question in 2025: How would I live my life if I could only live half as long?
The answer: do more cool and impactful work with cool and impactful people (+ more time spent with the people and continuing to do hobbies I love)

Why is this offering not free? Research shows you're more likely to take the time and energy investment seriously if you put some money down (and, also, I have a seriously cute cat who deserves high quality cat food hehe).
