Westpac’s Youth Network leaders inquired whether we could create a programme of lunchtime workshops to help their members improve their performance, goal setting and mental + emotional wellbeing. We delivered a series of workshops plus provided a range of resources + accountability exercises to help members integrate and put into practice the learnings.

Why care about emotions in the workplace? Most organisations and leaders don’t pay enough attention to how employees are or should be feeling. How we get results

01. Discovery Call
We kick off with a free, no obligation discovery call to learn more about your challenges and make sure we can help. If we aren't best fit, we connect you with our exceptionally talented network.
02. Take Stock
Once you give us the go ahead we facilitate a custom survey for your people to really understand the environment and considerations for your employees and organisation.
03. Customised Wellbeing Roadmap
We collate our results to provide a custom-designed Wellbeing Roadmap for your organisation and based on the outcomes you want to achieve.
04. The Delivery
We facilitate the custom designed workshop(s) and take care of everything from the workshop communications to the resource packs on the day based on the plan we've both agreed on.
05. The Follow up
After the workshop we conduct a follow-up survey to measure what's shifted and what hasn't and we present this information in a handy report.
06. Debrief & Integration
After all of this we don't leave you hanging - we have a debrief session to go over the post report insights and make sure you're clear on the integration phase and have everything you need to make it stick.
