Slow down to speed up: check-in with yourself using this practical & powerful exercise to assess how much you “have on your plate”.

I’ve run the majority of coaching clients through this exercise countless times over the years, however when I came to searching for a digital / visual version online that showed percentages I couldn’t find one anywhere! So, I created this one with the motto “done, not perfect” in mind :)

Purpose of this exercise:

  1. It can be really useful to visually see all of the commitments that we have on in life (we all have 168 hours per week).

  2. It can help us get perspective on, e.g. how much we already have on or whether we already have adequate time for the things that are most important to us.

  3. This is a great tool to use whenever we're feeling overwhelmed or to help us make an informed decision about what capacity we have for new opportunities.
